Yesterday, after my scheduled Milo
Bodybuilding workout I did a quick
finisher with my biceps and it really
had them burning and blowing
up. It felt like I had 22" arms and
could compete with Arnold - well,
I can dream can't I??
Anywho...after I finished my
designated biceps sets and reps
workout I took my Olympic bar
(which weighs 45 pounds) and
and put 15 pounds on each side
for a total weight of 75 pounds.
Then I set my dumbbells at 40
pounds each.
Then.....
I grabbed the Olympic bar and
busted out as many reps as I
could, until I could not even lift
the bar. I put the bar down
on the floor, huffing and puffing
I counted to 30, then I grabbed
the dumbbells and did as many
reps as I possibly could until
I could do no more.
Then I laid the dumbbells on the floor and
went to the doorway. There I
spread my arms wide grabbing
the doorway with my hands and
I stretched my biceps as much
as I could for 60 seconds.
Then I sat down and caught my breath.
I was soooo pumped I felt like
I had 22" arms - man does that
feel GREAT!
